Following advice and guidance from local health and State authorities, Stitzel-Weller Distillery plans to reopen with limited capacity beginning on Friday, July 3rd.
The safety of our guests and staff remains our number one priority. Our revised operations will include measures to maintain social distancing and institute practices aligned with state and local requirements, along with guidelines recommended by the CDC.
While your experience at the Visitor Center may look a little different, we can assure you the whiskey and hospitality will remain the same!
Our websites www.Bulleit.com and www.BladeAndBowWhiskey.com will be kept up to date with information as will our social media channels (@StitzelWellerDistillery – Facebook and Instagram).
Safety OverviewWhat we’re doing to keep our customers and staff safe:
Originally opened on Derby Day in 1935 and reopened to the public in 2014, the historic Stitzel-Weller Distillery is one of the true cathedrals of the American whiskey industry. Located only five miles from downtown Louisville, the Stitzel Weller Experience is one of the most convenient and impressive stops along the Kentucky Bourbon Trail®. We are proud to invite guests to step foot on this hallowed ground and gain a unique perspective on the dichotomy of the historic contrasted with the innovations of tomorrow that include Bulleit Bourbon, Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey and I.W. Harper Bourbon.
