  • 1.5 oz Bulleit Rye
  • .25 oz Salted Caramel Syrup
  • 3 dashed BitterTruth Chocolate Bitters


  • Salted Bourbon Chocolate Shavings


  • Rocks glass


  • Take large block ice cube and place into glass. Lightly stir and put aside
  • Put all ingredients into a mixing glass, top with ice. Stir until chilled and strain into a rocks glass on the side of large rock.
  • Garnish & Serve.

Cinnamon Apple Fritter


  • 2 honey crisp apples
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup oat milk
  • 4 tbsp apple sauce
  • Vegetable Oil


  • Peel, then dice apples-¼ inch to ½ inch dice.
  • Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl.
  • Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, then crack yolk and white into it. Add oat milk and apple sauce, then mix the wet and dry ingredients using your hands. Gently fold apples in and set the mixture aside.
  • In a non-stick sauté pan, over medium heat, pour 1 inch deep with oil into the pot, and bring to temp. Spoon your fritter mixture into the oil, one heaping tablespoon at a time. Do not add more than 4 fritters to the pan at a time. After 45 seconds, flip fritters over. Cook until golden-brown on each side, thicker batters may take longer than 90 seconds.
